Why Pharmakare Solutions Exists
At Pharmakare Solutions, we believe better health starts with clear medication guidance. Pharmacists are uniquely equipped to help patients understand their medications and navigate their care with confidence. Because every health journey is different, we provide personalized, pharmacist-led services including Medication Therapy Management (MTM), community outreach, and patient education. Our mission is to bring clarity to patients, strengthen collaboration with providers, and support a more connected, optimal health experience.
Meet Dr. Kimberly White
As a clinical pharmacist, innovator, and patient advocate, Dr. White founded Pharmakare Solutions to redefine the role of a pharmacist as a trusted clinician, educator, and community advocate. The goal is to give patients plain answers about medicines and supplements to make informed and confident decisions about their health.
We provide clarity, medication safety, and compassion to support maternal health, older adults, military, and underserved communities. Whether leading a brown-bag consult, guiding system-wide strategies, or mentoring future pharmacist-leaders, the mission remains the same: no patient left behind by the medications meant to help them heal.
The Case for Clinical Pharmacists
The Case for Clinical Pharmacists
In today’s fragmented healthcare system, patients are too often left to manage their medications alone. This is common after hospital discharge, during pregnancy, or while managing chronic conditions. Pharmakare Solutions helps bridge that gap by providing expert, personalized medication reviews that build trust, prevent harm, and empower patients.

Dr. White carefully reviewed my medications following surgery and helped identify the cause of an adverse reaction I was experiencing. Through our conversation, we uncovered a previously undetected drug allergy that had been missed earlier in my care. Her insight made all the difference.
Keisha Lemons
I noticed a new GI symptom. Dr. White quickly pinpointed the cause—it was a side effect from a new medication I had started. Together, we developed a personalized plan to manage the symptoms and adjust my treatment. Her expertise brought clarity and relief when I needed it most!
